I just turned 220k today.
Still going as strong as ever.

 

Spike what are your future plans regarding your Disco? IF and when the engine finally does give out? Will you swap out the engine? or get rid of your Disco? Not trying to be negative here, just curious if you planned that far. But at the same time I have no doubt that your Disco will last a long *** time

 

I'll take an updated pic once I get it back from getting the bumper & turn signal fixed from the buck that tried to hitch a ride.

 

Count me in. Rolled 200kmi on my road trip. Now at 200761. 18kmi on my "slightly different" head gasket job.

i was soooo close to posting in here.

i just sold my P38 at 196,000 miles. fully confident that it'll make 200k and beyond without any issues with its new owner!

 

Just rolled over 225k and kinda running strong with no major hiccups. Slight head gasket leak hopefully she'll hold together until the summer time. Other than that Rotella oil changes regularly.

 

My Oslo Blue 2001 Discovery II SE has served me well. 249,502 ... Original owner and engine. Purchased in November 2001.

Just now starting to slow down and show signs of engine failure... I'm still praying for another 50-60k!

 

I am not quite at 300K yet, but in about another year I should get there. Anyone get to 300K yet?

This was taken about a month ago. Still running on original motor / trans and drive train.
