I laughed so hard.

DUDE!!! That is awesome!!

My ex pays me child support, she has to carry health insurance on the kids AND she has to pay the first 75% of uninsured expenses.
Then she has to submit to me in writing a copy of the receipt with a letter asking for reimbursement and even then I still have 30 days to pay her from the time I get the letter, either in person or by certified mail.
AND the best part...my attorney was $1500 (he did the rest for free) and her's was $5,000.

you made out well! best $1500 ever spent! thats a good deal man, i paid $1900 for my uncontested which she wouldnt sign and then he wanted an additional $3800 to contest and $300 an hr for every hour in court. Lawyers are ripoffs here in NYC

At least you got to keep your truck.
I had to hand over my bought it brand new with 63 miles on it when I took delivery 2001 Mitsubishi Montero XLS to the dealer with only 3 payments to go and it was mine free and clear forever and always.
Had the truck 3 months shy of 5 years and had 98,000 miles on it.
Bought a 1990 Camry for $500, drove the "Full Monty" to the dealer, handed them the keys and walked away.
Those three truck payments paid my attorney and I got custody of the kids, so it all worked out perfect.
As much as I loved that truck, I love my kids more.

I hate to hijack the thread and bring it back to the original subject but I looked up the Gentex mirrors. I really like their mirror with the compass/temp and Homelink built in. My Rover was the first vehicle I ever had with Homelink and now I wonder how I lived without it. When I bought my 2001 Dodge it was the first vehicle I had ever owned with heated outside mirror and I don't think I could own a vehicle without heated mirrors now.

How dare you take us back to the original thread!! LOL

I also really like the Homelink, my Infinity had it and I LOVED it.
We have the Rover programmed for our garage and my mother's garage at her cottage.
Makes it nice when we go and visit.

I always had heated mirrors when I drove truck, it was nice in the freezing fog and whenever you drove over a river in the winter time.
