Calling those in the Seattle area
So anyone other there in the Seattle area know of any good places to go in the northern sound area? Also any of you members of the land rover clubs out here? if so what ones?
Can't help you too much with the North Sound stuff, If you go down around the Ft. Lewis area off of Rainier Rd in Lacey/Olympia, there are all kinds of what I think are "Humvee" and Stryker test runs with water obstacles, mud, and downhill moguls that are AWESOME. It's a great spot that will give you a chance to put your Rover to the test
Up north I think you'll have to head up towards Marysville and the North Cascades to find an ORV or good forest service roads. You can also head east out to Snoqualmie and get off at one of the forest rd exits and there's fun to be had.

i usually head to snoqualmie and hit the service and river roads up there. trails range from easy to tough if you look for them. i have managed to find trails i couold not climb due to snow and ice and others with rocks too big in them.
