Yeah but I dont drink.

Mine scheduled our daughter for her H1N1 flu shot today at 8am, it is my week.
I say go ahead and take her since it is early and then my wife can keep getting ready for our sons b-day party tomorrow.
So we have her up, feed, dressed and ready to go, 7:15 my ex picks her up.
At 8:45 she calls me while at work "we want to go to breakfast, do you mind if we take Victoria with us?"
Do I mind, YES I MIND, but if I say no then who does my daughter think is a jerk?
SO they drop my daughter back off at 10:30, thats over 3 hours of MY time that she was gone.
Granted I was at work but that is not the point. I dont interrupt her time so she should not interrupt my time.
And this is not the first time my ex has pulled this kind of s hit but it will be the last.
Her L.A. privileges have been lost, I cant wait until she asks me if she can pick her up and take her somewhere on my week again.

My ex-fiance decided after we were engaged for almost 2 years that she couldn't marry me because of our differences in religious beliefs. They weren't huge differences but they were there. Anyway we remained really close friends until I moved to Colorado and started dating someone down there. Then everything I had ever done since I met her was brought up and you would have thought I was the worst person on the face of the earth. Apparently she really believed that I would never be able to get over her and would live the rest of my life in love with her. It was quite funny to see her world crash down around her when she found out that wasn't the case.

Thats the nice thing about living in a "no fault" state, either party can file and the other cant do a damn thing about it.
File, 6 months later judge signs the papers and you are done.
No kids it only takes 3 months.
