Well for those of us that will keep our Rovers no matter what
fuel prices do this will help us to pick up older Land Rovers
much cheaper.

Oil was $ 87.50 U.S. a barrelthis morning.[sm=imsmilin.gif]

Other than that I can think of no other good to come of the prices.

There must be a few very happy Texans with drying up oil wells that think their investment has paid off now.

 

Back in the early 90's I had person that told me that
it cost more for the electricity to run the pump jack
than the oil was worth so the oil co he worked for
was capping wells.

The bad part is that once cappedoffyou have to redrill.

Once the U.S. gets oilgoing good againyou can bet the Middle East will turn on the cheap oil again and
kill of any competition.

It looks to be a everyten year thing.
