I guess this means when we call thier 1800 line we will get the same call center support that all the computer companies use. We will never be able to understand them and get anything accomplished.

I am surprised that they are still holding on to Volvo. I have a S70 AWD. I know the service techs at my dealershipliked working for Volvo not Ford.

All I can say is "Not made in China" Thank You.

India was a British Colony for a long time let us hope that
it will keep Rover at it roots and still make Rovers for
those that never go off road.

Send the U.S. Defenders to help the stop the rebellion.

So at Volvo they work for Ford or they are owned by
Ford and work for Volvo?

Usually a change in ownership doesnt really mean much changes in the vehicles itself. Its more of a change in personel. Look at Chrysler. They have changed ownership several times.

It will be interesting to see how the upcoming CO2 and mileage reqruiements play out. Being part of Tata might help out for meeting fleet average targets.

Despite the public statements, there is no doubt that there will be some sourcing/sub component assembly in India. The high cost of UK assembly and the strong pound sterling vis-avis US dollar will force the issue.

YA CHRYSLER IS STILL A POS.
IF TATA IS SMART HEY WILL OFFER 100K WARR. WHICH WILL HELP WITH SALES AND SHOW CONFIDENCE IN LR AND IMPROVEMENT IN RELIABILITY IMPROVING CONSUMER CONFIDENCE SO MORE WILL EXPERIENCE HOW AWSOME IT IS TO ROLE LIKE ROYALTY ANYWERE THEY WANT TO GO. THEY ARE A SMART COMPANY IF YOU LOOK INTO THEM SO ITS GOT TO BE BETTER THAN FORD. I MEAN HOW CAN YOU SELL JAG AND LR FOR 2 BILLION WHEN YOU PAID OVER 5 BILLION FOR THEM. AND NOW WITH ANY LR PURCHASE YOU GET A SLUSHY
