Sounds good. I've been thinking about starting a facebook group, similar to Ohio's and Chicago's groups...just have to figure it out. Hoping to go to Ohio again in January, for another outing with them...and learn some things Surprising/amazing, the amount of interest they have in their group and amount of activities.

Anyhow, come spring...I'll have an outing put together. Have to do more trail riding myself...to find different degrees of difficulty...trail-wise. Plus, I'd like to do a Drummond Island trial ride. The jeep dudes do a ride there every year, and it looks interesting.

Brian.

Default New Michigan LR Group

https://www.facebook.com/profile.php...9814&ref=br_rs

New group just started on Facebook. Looking for folks in the surrounding area (northern Ohio, northern Indiana, Ontario and Michigan of course) for members.

I had nothing to do with the start up of this group.

Brian.

Thanks for the note, Brian. I joined this morning and now waiting for a response. I know there are at least a couple of active forum users here in the North, but have yet to run into any in person. Maybe a Facebook group will bring some of these folks together.

Any update on this? I'd love to get together with some other Rover people in Michigan!

With COVID restrictions still in effect for us on the Canadian side everything has been kind of dead. I’m still a diehard rover guy but can’t do much socializing at the moment. As soon as the border opens up we will get things going

I'll give this a kick to see if anything has come up since then.
When we had the Broncos there was a active club or two, we took a run to Drummond where the base I had shocked a lot of people with how well it did....not much for LR though.
The guys in GR said there is a FB group, but I don't facebook so that isn't much help.

It’s pretty much dead anymore, I sold my d2, bought a d1 which I haven’t had much time for, it’s just sitting up for sale ATM. The other Canadian member that was local and active has moved to the UK. Sorry there isn’t much left of the group anymore
