Dude you gotta post pics of your art work! I haven't figured out where to start, but the wife jumped in head first - 8 tats in 3 months.

 

I don't have any yet but I want a cross on my shoulder with a banner the reads "saved by grace". Always find more important things to put money into than body art.

 

yeah my springs and brakes and tires and and and have to be higher priorities. Tats don't hurt as bad as repair bills - at least I hope!

 

I am not that committed to anything.

 

I have 4 total as of now, Eagle, Globe and Anchor w/Death Before Dishonor USMC, Rose like my dad had, Skull w/ Mohawk (both of those I got in the Philippines the old fashion way...no gun they used Bamboo) and a flower with a dagger through it. I have 2 more to get that I designed....just need to get them done.

 

yeah right now i just have a nautical star with a Fleur des lis on my right forearm and in two weeks i am getting a nautical compass with my sons handprint over it with a banner around it with his name... i will see if i have some pics somewhere... i design all my own art, but i did tell a girl i have been knowing for years that she can design one for the back of my right arm...

 

 

Speaking of the PI...I got this one about 3 months ago in Fairfax, VA. I was born in DC but I needed a little something to remind me of my heritage. Left side of the shield to represent the western (U.S) rule (eagle) and the right side represents the spanish rule (lion). Make sure it means something to you.

 

Have 3. Chinese Dragon around Ying-Yang symbol on upper left arm. My daughter's name in Chinese on upper right arm and the Buddhist Wheel of Life where the sun don't shine. I designed them all and no, I am not Oriental.
