A little more than a week, but replaced drag link, oil change, oil pressure gauge install, another oil change (4w40 Rotella), replaced bulbs in Climate Control clock and domes with LEDs, washed, waxed, detailed interior, made bracket to mount TomTom below Climate Control. Placed hand on heart and vowed to always use premium fuel. Thinking about replacing plug wires and balljoints at least on the driver side.

-Performed option B No more 3 Amigos Friday night! Used my ABS Amigo to verify. 5 hour project done. Had to remove modulator because of dumb 4mm Allen bolt stripped. Retarded. Bleed the brakes twice. Dad pumped the pedal. Mom told me when there were no more bubbles. I poured fluid. Family affair. Best way to bleed brakes. All hands on deck!
-Replaced windshield washer pump with a spare I had from previous project. Now back in blaster mode from a weak trickle, after pinning it out and using compressed air.
-Added side marker lights to my custom bumper. They look cool, now the fools driving in my blind spot will have better warning when I'm about to take off their front bumper.
-Added HIDs to high beams.
-Fixed my moms radio in her Acura by finally entering the correct security code!
-Windshield replaced on Friday for free by Safelite. One foot long crack from no where out of the blue. Now I'm interested to see if the the heated windscreen works in an after market windshield. Progressive free glass replacement kicks ***. Would have been $800. Those fools still did not replace a piece of drip molding on the lower A-Pillar, so I have to go back and fight them. No one cares about your Rover, but you!

Default Thread revival!

Not this week, but replaced the CPS around Christmas time.

Drove it to work in the snow! (Rare occasion in the Seattle area). Supposed to get 6"-14" overnight...my fingers are crossed

Hey!
My first oil change in our 2002 Disco! Rotella Synthetic with a Mobil high mileage filter. The truck is running like a top and we LOVE it! We are planning to take it on a road trip to visit our folks in Ohio, in two weeks (750 miles). Here's hoping my UltraGauge shows before then.
Cheers,
Gabe

Did manual oil PSI gauge test, replaced O ring behind oil warning switch, and both oil cooler lines and their O rings. You have to dig the O ring out of the female fittings, they stick in there. And don't forget to put back the mechanical clamps that firmly hold the oil lines side by side - they keep the metal lines from rubbing each other and wearing a hole. Was above spec on oil PSI, so feel better about the truck lasting another mile or two....
