So we went out to Grafton Lake, with the Bikes, and hit a trail that I can navigate pretty well, but she has a hard time with any trail that isnt flat.... all the way B*T*H*NG its too hard a trail, so we had to walk all the uphills. we rode the last section of rougher trail and came to a nice long downhill, and i was leading, she was watching ME so she could follow a good line. we get a ways down the hill when i hear "honeeeeeeeeey...." crash..... she wiped out, hit a rock with her leg, it was swellin up immediately so we had to get out of the woods and get to the Rover, and go To the Emergency room. well it wasnt a broken leg, just a contusion with a lot of swelling.
She needs to get a Helmet, IDK wtf I was thinkin takin her to this trail with out a helmet

We decided to stay at home and watch the fireworks rather than deal with the crowds. Sat out on the deck and could see like 10 fireworks shows going on at the same time. It was pretty awesome.

That is awesome AK, when I was in Boy Scouts we went to Washington D.C. for a huge nationwide juebalee, Scout troops from all over the country were there, we hiked the Apalation (I know I spelled it wrong) trail and had a good ole time.
Anyway the jubalee was held on a Army base and Nacy Regan did a speech, the Oak Ridge Boys did a short concert and the Army did a fireworks show, it was the best fireworks show I have ever seen, it lasted a hour and picture the best grand finale that you have ever seen, that was the hour show and then their grand finale...it lite up the sky like Hiroshima.
