Lug nuts for the spare tire

Default Lug nuts for the spare tire
My wife has a 2019 LR Dicovery SI6. It has custom wheels and did not come with lug nuts for the spare tire. If I get the regular lug nuts for the regular tires, would they work for the spare as well?

Hi, welcome to the forum. You should post this question in the section for your vehicle (maybe Disco V?). This section is for Series Land Rovers which are from 1948 to about 1980.
