Use short bolts and install it on the head. Then if you can go to a junk yard or ebay grab another and mount it to the rear on the passenger head. Now you’ve got attachements for the chains/hooks.

which bracket is that?
I've been trying to get to local pick n save all week, hopefully by this Saturday.

That is the engine hoist bracket that mounts behind the drivers side accessory bracket (holds PS Pump, and the ACE Pump). It can be bolted to the passenger side head with short bolts giving you a solid hoist mount for the rear of the engine.

My 99 D2 already has 2 so unless some D2's got 2 from the factory someone pulled my engine for service or transmission work at one time in it's history.

redrill it for the 4.6 lower intake. I pulled mine with this using the first hole and the engine came out almost perfectly level.

What year 928, looks early (78), since the outer door lock is chrome (or all of the black anodizing has worn off?)?
