Because I like poking people with a stick....

Is a NASCAR Toyota Camry still a Toyota Camry?

It MAY also fall under the aforementioned "tube chassis" exemption.

Ah hell...now I'm back in! 😀

You answered your own question....a NASCAR Camry isn't a simple Camry, it's a "NASCAR Camry" specifically and omitting the prefix doesn't describe it adequately...just like saying "Disco" to describe a "modified Disco" doesn't adequately describe the vehicle in reference.
QED.

I don’t have any still photos but here is a short video I made from a trip to the Anza Borrego Desert State Park in Southern California.
I used royalty-free music so there shouldn’t be any ads.

For the first time ever, we encountered another LR3 off road! I think they were happy to see another LR3 on the trail, too. Other than deep sand, we didn’t encounter anything especially challenging but it was scenic. Maybe we’ll try the Diablo Drop Off the next time we go.

One of the days on this past trip we had six adults in our LR3 riding in air conditioned comfort and once again I marveled at the flexibility of this vehicle. Smooth and quiet on highways, relatively smooth and very capable off road, all in stock form. Highway comfort is important to us because we typically drive 2+ hours to get get to our off-road adventures. We don’t want to start a trail already beat up from an uncomfortable ride.

We’ve had other people in trucks and SUVs driving with us off road and they all ask us to slow down because the ride is punishing, even a Lincoln Navigator. We are blissfully unaware. The Navigator driver was in our LR3 on a different drive and he commented on the ride comfort when we were on a washboard dirt road. Sometimes I think that when the the Land Rover engineers began the LR3 they designed a suspension and then wrapped an SUV around it.

The drone footage makes a vehicle look like an rc toy.

It totally does....sometimes I've looked at my own like that....the proportions it has when on the 32.5" mudders makes it look like a giant Stomper...if any of you guys are between 40-50 you may remember "Stomper" 4x4s.
