I finally got around to replacing the secondary tensioner today. I'm hoping that cures the cold start squeal. The install was much easier than I anticipated. I got a fan clutch wrench set from Oreillys and that makes easy work of the getting the fan off. I literally had the new tensioner on in 20 minutes. Given how simple it was I will probably tackle the primary tensioner and pulleys as preventive maintenance.

I bought the tensioner from Lucky 8 for $47 https://www.lucky8llc.com/collection...dary-tensioner. The secondary tensioner has been updated and has a flat pulley vs the old one that had a ribbed pulley.

 

Strike 1. Came out this morning and it was still squealing, although much less than before. It only lasted <30 seconds.

Im moving onto replace the primary tensioner and idler pulley next.
