D1 Air Suspension? Really?
Not factory. Probably Firestone helper springs or something.

Di1 onces never had air suspension.
If you want to try and slow down the leaks, get rid of those rusty springs that have to be cutting the rubber.
You might even want to consider removing those after market bags and install some new HD rear springs before your's crack/break.

There is nothing wrong with rusty springs.
Not everyone needs heavy duty springs.
My springs are still original.
And you're 100% correct, I dont do any hard core off roading, I dont want to, so I dont.
I havent been off road in 2 years, I've been to busy, I did do alot of wading this spring though during our 100 year flood, water upto the hood, I even had a bow wake wash over the hood.
Not everyone takes their truck off road, and not everyone who does goes rock crawling or mudding.
My Defender is over 25 years old, and springs appear to be stock. If they have been replaced, the were replaced with land rover springs. They seem to work fine for me. Off road sometimes too.
And based on the condition of the body, I'm pretty sure the British military beat the snot out of it.
