When I use the full site on my iPhone 6S Plus it works great, but sometimes I have to hunt down the actual box to make my selections from. Not a big deal as I'm used to it, but apparently other people are having serious issues with the uploader as I've seen several threads where people just give up posting images from their devices.

 

Thanks for letting me know! Unfortunately it works on our IB computers/devices and a couple of users I asked on the forum had said it worked fine when they last tried it. Unless we can get info from users who are having issues uploading, such as the specific browsers, devices, and internet speeds they have, we won't be able to replicate it on our end

We would need more information currently to send to our tech team for a diagnosis. Do you have any info from users who have said their uploader isn't working?

 

 

Okay, no worries. We will just keep an eye out for threads about the uploader not working and go from there.

 

Upload from google cloud was fast using samsung tablet

 

Almost two months and I still can't post photos. I go to advances, hit manage attachment, drag and drop (no luck) or pick from "device" (no luck), or go to "my albums" (no luck). It doesn't matter if it's a jpeg, png or any of the valid file extensions. Nothing works. No problems on other sites or eBay, fb, or others. JUST HERE. Hit upload, the advanced upload screen disappears and then NOTHING.
