Those look WAY better than last time I saw them! How are you planning on reinforcing them? boxing that wraps around under the frame rail? The plate that attaches to the door sill is obsurdly beefy and overkill! Mine are bolted to the sill using 3x3 angle iron and I had 2 frame mounts as well but I cut the rear two when I went with longer trailing arms. I've repeatedly landed on the exact same spot HARD trying to get over a spot and they didn't budge.

Took a lot of work. The bed liner that was on there didn't want to come off, i ended up with a 7" disc grinder and it still hesitated! After I got the old paint off and down to bare steel I sorta accidentally left them outside for awhile and the got a bit orange so I hit them with some rustoleum rusty primer junk and then I finished up with their spray on Bedliner, came out great with good grip. Something like that, I don't wanna warp my sills, maybe some frame outriggers to the rear of the sills

I put her on a tow truck! May have lost the transfer case. Loud clanking breaking sound then won't move.

Found the cause of my short that kept blowing the driver's side tail light fuse. Guess I should have cleaned up the switch wires after I cut them.

Moved the rack mounted lights rearward which resulted in a significant reduction in hood/windshield glare. 440 watts of warm halogen light is now very pleasing.
