How hot should my 2003 run with ac on how hot is overheating when ac on it runs hot don't know what Iis rong

 

Using my Garmin Eco Route connected to my ODBII port, I'm usually running around 208°F.

 

My car is getting up to 220. It normally runs at 188 to 196. Ac on it just goes up.

 

Mine runs the same temp with the AC on or off.

Running the grey 180° thermostat

 

I have 180 stat

 

What temperature does it run at

 

Is the electric fan in front of the radiator coming on when you switch on the ac?

 

Under 200 is the sweet spot with AC on. I have a 2003 that runs at 195 max(180 t stat). 2004 that runs at 190 (inline t stat mod- 175).

Check the electric fans.

 

188.6 on the freeway, AC on or off.

197 at idle max, same with or without AC.

I frequently run in ECON mode but have tried turning it completely off just to see what the temp does... nada diff.
