Arrow windshield wipers

okay, so i purchased the windshield wipers from Land Rover for my 2001 Disco. They were very poor quality as they only lasted about 6 months. I was just wondering if anyone knows if there are an aftermarket type that i can buy that will fit on the arms. I went to Autozone and purchased the ones that they said fit. well they were too big for the arm to clamp onto. anyone have this problem?

Default complete conversion kit

I found that a complete conversion kit including the arms, plastic cover and wipers are for around $60 brand new. May save you some HA later. One of my wiper arm was not working but liquid range seems to have taken care of. For next replacement I will order the conversion kit.

Advance Auto has the right ones. Got mine there a few days ago. Don't remember the part # but they're in the reference book that hangs near the wiper parts.

Wiper Arm - Front | Land Rover Electrical Parts, Batteries, Relays, Lamps & More

Buy 2 of these, they are a exact fit to your truck and take 10 min to install, then you can buy any wiper blades you want at any store that sells them.

X2 on the D1 wiper arm swap. The ONLY other blades than OEM that I have seen work on the D2 arms are the Rain-X blades @ $24 each. If you are as picky as I am about windshield wipers being replaced when they start streaking or under-performing, the D1 arms are a no-brainer. Not having to pay $24+ per blade and wait for UPS, or drive to the dealer = WIN

Atlantic British has all three blade for $29.00 when on sale, they are exact replacements and took 5 minute to replace them. It may just be me; but i dont find $10 a blade to be the most exspensive thing i have bought for this truck..

If you switch to the D1 arms, you should then look at the new generation wiper blade like the Icon's, they are great for snow and ices.

I got the same ones and they have been fine. Got them during one of the sales where you get 20% $100 or and a $50 gift card back, so didn't hurt buying them as much!
