Default steering gearbox 1998 D1
Looking for a leak free steering gearbox for my D1.
I have tried local junkyards and they all appear to be leakers.
Anybody have one for sale?

good luck with that.
I can offer you a used one that works good....but leaks....I'm sure a new seal kit would put it into good shape, $50 plus whatever it takes to ship it

98 DI, 203,000 MI...head gaskets, new starter, replaced cracked ex manifold, replaced ex system tires...cooper "discoverers" , 60,000mi service done every year,cheap champion plugs, remanned steering box, back door hinges, rear window lift ecu bypass, several other repairs...most all work done myself
