I was able to get my hands on an entire CDL setup out of an 04. However the front drive shaft exploded and completely took out the CDL cable and broke the little metal bracket by the nipple. 4Hi/4Lo cable is fine.

I'm probably not gonna find someone with just the CDL cable, but I figured it never hurts to ask. So if you have one shoot me a PM.

 

I forgot have a spare 99-03 4Hi/4Lo shifter assembly in my shop out of my Kalahari when I converted it over to an 04 CDL setup. I quickly looked at it and the cables have the same identical ends but of coarse it's much longer. As long as I can get it mounted up there without binding or interfering with anything I think I'll be good.
