I ordered in Feb & it should be at the dealer in 2 weeks. I ordered it the same way your dealer is steering you, w no deposit or commitment, and it was when a 110-X was still subject to mark up at the four local dealerships. I was upfront at the time of order that it was msrp w/ no mark up or nothing, and that's how it got inputted into their system. It shows up on the build sheet that way too. We'll see if it plays out in a few weeks, but I'm an extended warr kind of guy, and that might come into play. We've already talked numbers on that account too, since I don't dig surprises.

To your first question; I'd straighten out that markup thing today, or cancel the order; fish or cut bait. I don't think "please" should be part of that discussion. Don't be rude about it, just firm. It's strictly a business thing. Then worry about your next move.

As far as the build goes, I saw the same thing w the 24's. Very glad I seemed to hit a sweet spot of getting everything on the 23.5 build since the supply chain seemed to fill in, and the only thing shorted seems to be the digital/analog gauge thing. The build shows the 700W & the ClearView mirror. It's still possible they could try to add something when I go to pick it up, but it's unlikely for a few reasons. If it does, I'll walk away from it. That's all you can do. I'm not financing, so I don't know if that's a plus or minus. I gave them a RR sport with room to make money; ultra low mileage and in PB shape, so there's some good faith there. Still, those are two separate transactions, and it always comes down to being willing to walk away if you don't like the vehicle or terms. Better to get that 5K sorted out right now so you know your options
