i have had my vehicle 18 months and this has happened on the off occasion but this week it has started happening on every journey where i set off in EV mode and within 400m the hybrid mode has kicked in

i realise that if i put my foot down harder this happens but when setting off going downhill and hardly touching the pedal this should not

anyone had anything similar
