In the US market, where did they hide the SIM card in the car? I know in some other markets it is in the dash near to the main USBs, but in US there is nothing there. A couple of months ago my SIM decided to go kaput and was showing disabled in Pivi. I went to the dealer and the first thing the SA said was " same as with the Disco or RRS, let's try to pull the SIM out and insert again", just to realize he had no idea where it was. The techs did a "flush" in the electronics/systems and eventually the SIM came back to life, but still hidden somewhere in the e-bushes.
