Yep. I did it two years ago. The rear caliper conversion (using LR4 calipers, I think it is) isnt enough for the OEM steelies; I still had to grind a tiny bit off a couple of high-spots, and I need to use 25mm or 30mm spacers for clearance on the rear, and I have to use external wheel weights (that clamp to the rim). But it works perfectly with those exceptions.
You can see the two wheel weights (blackened by me with a Sharpie) clamped to the rim at 7:00.
