I went from 19" wheels to 20" Style 516 wheels from an LR4 XXV Edition on my P300. They are a different offset to the Defender 20" wheels but they fit without any problems. OEM Defender 20" wheels will fit without problem whether its a P300 or P400.

That’s good to know! What tire size are you using? Any rubbing that you experienced?

I'm running Falken Wildpeak AT3Ws size LT265/60R20. Zero rubbing at any height. The tires are really close to the knuckle, but I haven't had any issues.

That's an all-season tire, and it comes in 255/65R19, which is the stock tire size. It will fit.

yes it is an all season tire. For most of my driving I probably won’t need fully aggressive all terrain. Where I live in Canada winters are mild but it rains a whole lot more so I don’t feel the need to run dedicated winter tires. Michelin seems a good all year round tire just I don’t see many LR owners talking about this tire often

That is because most of us on the forum use our vehicles off-road and require a dedicated A/T tire, or they prefer how they look on the Defender.

I always prefer Michelin tires when it comes to all-seasons or summer performance tires. I don't think you will have any problems with this tire based on your use case.

I noticed that too! I think Michelin is working (thank you Michelin) to attract Defender owners, and why not. Having bought not just any JLR vehicle but a Defender, really, how price conscious are we? We look like a bunch of folks willing to pay up for a superior constructed product. I'm sure there are tire companies going "Gee, if only we could be selling our top of the line tires to folks that don't ask about tire prices, wouldn't that be a wonderful business model!" Sure is: just make your tires fit a Defender. In the next year - according to a PDF on the BF Goodrich site - the KO3 tire is going to fit a LT255/65/19 size. Is that KO3 on the manufacturing docket specifically because of the Defender's most Off Road Trim? IMO more tire companies - that make off road tires anyways - will realize that JLR does make Defender for off road driving, and so the tire companies will hopefully start producing tires fit to Defender's smallest rim size.

Michelin's website is also showing a listing for X-Ice winter tires as "new innovation" for 255/65r19. I hope they're available this winter... I have them on my F Pace and it's incredible in the snow.

Oh.... Brilliant! I was going to check out the Pirelli Winter 2, but having had the Pirelli Scorpions (factory tire by Volvo) "no-season" tire, was afraid of trying another Pirelli. Am really hoping Nokian think about a 19" for the Defender. If they don't and an X-Ice comes, I'd be happy.
