So my heated steering wheel does not heat anymore.
they updated steering module but still no love

the dealership ordered me a new steering wheel I’ll keep you updated after install.
anyone else have this problem?

 

I thought mine was broken and then realized it is disabled when in Eco driving mode …

Chiming in -- My heated wheel stopped working last month after burning my hand a bit right on the 12 o'clock position, back side of the wheel. Now there's a weird depression / melted spot right there on the wheel as well (in the leather, feels like a leather defect and wasn't there before). Anyway, not a huge deal, on my list for next dealer visit -- I miss the heated wheel in the cold temps!

 

This happened on my ,2021 D90 last spring. I noticed a very hot spot near the top center of the steering wheel a couple of times and then one day I see a small plume of smoke rising from that spot. Left a small indentation that wasn't there before. My dealership replaced the steering wheel.
