I notice the halo or smiley face light on my passenger side isn’t functioning right now. I’ve read some other threads about headlights here, but i’m wonder if there’s a bulb that i can just replace?

the 2 square lights next to the halo work while locking/unlockking, and the headlight itself works for driving at night.

i call the dealer next week. Im
at 54k miles, so im nervous that i might be outside the warranty window, but maybe i’ll get lucky.

Has anyone else experienced this?

 

yes I have. The passenger side went out first and it was under warranty. Now the drivers side went out. The dealer quoted me 3k. I’m not paying that and I am going to call LR North America. This needs to be a recall. Hundreds of these Defenders have the same problem .

happened twice on my 2020,xx dealer replaced it under the warranty.
