How long ago did you place the initial order/deposit?

 

Not 100% sure, trying to get an answer from the dealer there.

Thanks. I placed mine on Aug 12th and have been in the holding pattern waiting on word from LR accepting. I was wondering if it was a production issue or a dealer allocation one. Fingers crossed I hear something soon.

 

Hi there, first time posting here, but was previously an F-Pace forum member, but I'm now looking at the Defender '22.
I started the purchase earlier this year, but have just been told by my dealer in PA, that they're closing more factories, and my build no longer has the HUD, and might not have advanced cruise control, surround cameras and interactive driver displays. They're suggesting it's going to get worse before it gets better, so maybe look 'to next year' for a build.

What a time we live in.

 

Local dealer called Friday, every order he has that hasn’t started being built yet will be delayed at least 4-6 weeks. I appreciate his honesty, he said if I can find one used to take it because the supply issue keeps getting worse. I immediately bought one used from a different dealership but this guys honesty has gotten him all of my business when things get back to normal… Whenever that will be.

 

Uh oh...mine is supposed to be built this week. Have not heard from dealer on changes but I did order hud among all other tech stuff. I tried to go out of state to get one in NY but they would not let me.

 

I hope you don’t experience those delays. I can’t even find an allocation in Florida from Orlando and south.

Feels like the avails are going to thin out considerably and I worry about the quality coming off the line now. Will still take delivery of my 110 when (if?) it shows up but happy to have the used 2020 w 5k miles for the time being.

Won’t be surprised if we start to see some huge premiums vs MSRP soon.

 

Same. 9/17. Was told on 9/8 that it's confirmed with all options including Clearsight, IDD, 11.4" XD HSE P400 110. 11/12 delivery still expected (Florida).

I also have a deposit on one sitting at port as a backup.
