FWIW, I do NOT have the solar attenuating option in my late-MY2020 P400 build spec (window sticker). However, for some reason that I can't explain, I do have the "film" mentioned here in my windshield. I can tell by the cut outs near the rearview mirror. From the owners manual, looks like those cut outs are for you to stick toll passes or front view cameras. I also have in the bottom left side of my windshield, the little logo of a thermometer with a swirling arrow that was discussed in another thread here and supposedly denotes the solar attenuating windshield. All in all very confusing and my only conclusion is that I got the solar attenuating option as standard equipment. Don't ask me why or how.
