My model is discontinued?!? I'm sure it had more to do with the economics of a lower production run than customer confusion. I really wanted an X but actually was able to build all the specs I wanted by starting with the X-HSE & optioning up. There goes that path....Saved me like $15k. If they hadn't have F'd me with the standard ClearView & the upgraded e-diff (on the MY22 cutover), I would have had the perfect vehicle (for me) without buying the X.

I just had my dealers sales manager check my order.... as of right this minute (10/14/2021 at 5:21 pm eastern time) my build date is still 11/12/2021 and my delivery date is 01/07/2022.
Hoping for the best while acknowledging there may still be delays.

I like the option of 18-way heated and cooled seats on the S trim. If I bail out of my 90 S for a 110 S within the next year or two I'd definitely be interested in that option.

I liked the interior leather on the X. But I am putting seat covers on my black leather anyway.

The two tone color was cool. I got my hood wrapped gloss black with ppf. You can buy the smoked lights and paint calipers. The pricing did not compute for me to jump to an X.

The only thing I regret about my MY22 SE is that I couldn't configure it with the 18-way seats and Windsor leather. I test drove an HSE and man those seats were comfortable.

What additional adjustments do you get with the 18-ways vs. the 14-ways? With all this talk of X, I’m now intrigued and thinking if I should go that route.

Inflatable side bolsters and the headrests tilt in addition to moving up & down. Windsor leather is also more plush. Besides that, I think the SE is the sweet spot. There's a big premium on the X compared to an equally specced SE, and I didn't really want the gloss black side trim.

Curious as to your source for this?

Lots of Brits upset about price increases for '23. Their build and price is already live.

This is the 2023 D300 X-Dynamic HSE with no options or accessories (that trim will still be offered there).

That's $97201 USD.
