Hi all. Currently looking at a 22 Trophy, the 110, and it doesn't have a winch. It has the winch kit installed, so it has the extra black plastic and I assume winch tray and everything else. Just no winch. It has me scratching my head. Was this even an option? Or did the previous owner keep the winch? That's a lot of effort to take apart and put back together, just to keep the winch.

Has anyone seen one without the winch? Thanks!!

 

Seems winch tray is part of the kit but the winch is an extra cost option.

I have the Trophy Edition without the winch. The dealership wanted 15 grand for it so I’ll said no thank you.

 

Correct, the 2022 Trophy Editions did not come with a winch as part of the standard Trophy package. I was fortunate in that mine was one of two at the time (according to my dealer) that did come with a winch with an added cost of around $5k if memory serves.

I was verbally quoted 5.5k for the winch and installation. Waiting for a written quote and a promise they'll fix the wrap on the rear right (tiny nick in it).

 

That's a nice looking vehicle! How do you like those headlight protectors? Is there any shadow in the beam? Was looking at them and the ones from Powerful UK. However the Powerful ones look like they can't be used when you have the headlight washers.

 

Yes 15 grand! I bought the car at MSRP so I think they were trying to get the winch as a markup.

 

I like the Lucky8 light protectors - they do not impede the lights or cast a shadow (the lights are also covered by Expel PPF).
