About to take longer to get a Defender?
This doesn't sound too good.

Ouch. The value of them may start to go up. The manufacturer seems to be "for sale". I'm not sure the price, but I doubt (hope) that JLR wouldn't buy it to preserve their supply operations. It's all a matter of price vs. how long to shift suppliers.
They’ll just start making suspension components out of pot metal till they can find a new aluminium supplier. C’mon, guys, it’s JLR — something’s got to be wrong with it when you pick it up.
