I have a problem with my 2024 Dafender 90. The AC works fine, then suddenly goes off along with the dashboard lights, then the AC, dashboard lights and AC come back on. My phone also disconnects from the screen and then connects again. I know the screen is the latest update.

How do I solve this problem?

Sounds like a loose connection somewhere. Does this happen if you go over a bump in the road?

 

The problem only appears when the air conditioner is turned on.

You probably have a short, loose connection or a bad ground. Since your car is so new, it is best to have the dealer take care of this. Dealer will log the fix under warranty, and should future related issues arise, any dealer will be able to see the works done on your car. Let the dealer handle it.

 

When the above problem occurs, all window buttons do not work.

 

Get your dealer to look into it. You definitely have an electrical problem and make sure you document your problems with a short video so that the dealer does not get back to you with a "cannot duplicate" statement. Show your service advisor the video.
