I'll start a "group" buy for the central south. I'm probably the only one living in Arkansas, but would drive to Dallas or Memphis.

Anyone else? $1k for all of those features is reasonable. I bought something called a Tazer JL for my Jeep for $400 just to enable high beams on with fog lights... BMWs are really easy to code--there are a ton of people that do it, so a $99 bluetooth USB adapter and subscription to BimmerCode and you're on your way... Given that LR is a much smaller, specialty market, and there is no one doing this in the US at all, I think the pricing structure is reasonable.
