Advice needed for Rim offset

Advice needed for Rim offset
After exhaustive research and calculations,I had my heart set on ordering a set of Vossen HF-2 20" 9.5" width, +25 Offset with 275/55/20 tires. (NO lift). However Vossen tells me that they only stock the rims with +20 offset, for it is the most popular set up with the OEM tires 255/60/20. (I have to custom order and pay extra for +25 offset rims). I was concerned that 255/60/20 would be a stretch for 9.5"wide rims. According to online tire calculators, 255/60/20 is for 8.5" wide rims. Even if they were to fit, will the tires look less "meaty"? What do you guys think of Vossen's recommended set up?
If any of you have Vossen 20", what tire set up do you have?

I have the Vossen HF-5 20x9.5 et20 that I am waiting on tires, ordered 275/55-20 Baja Boss's at. I bought lift rods just in case the wheel/tire combo doesn't fit stock height, so I will know in a week or so what it will take to make this combo fit.
These appear to be the version with et20 running 275/55-20 Ridge Grapplers. Don't know if they also have lift rods or modified the fender liner or anything. But it appears to fit. https://vossenwheels.com/galleries/l...series-hf-5-2/

I'm going with Vossen HF-5 to replace my OEM 22s. The 22s are riding on 275/45/22 so I imagine won't have any real issues (based on research here from others) with rubbing, etc. Also getting Lucky8 lift rods 1" just in case.
According to CurtyJ in this other thread: https://landroverforums.com/forum/20...g-help-110648/
You can do the math on yours. Which should be 9.5/2 = 4.75" - (20/25.4mm) = 3.96". Stock 20" wheels are 8.5" wide which results in 2.6" out from the "hub". So you're going to be about 1.5" "wider" than a stock 8.5" at a 20mm offset. I went with 20x9 HF-5s with a 35mm offset. The math runs to about 1" wider than standard.

At Vossen, they keep insisting that it's ET20 with stock 255/60/20 tires, but from these pics, the tires look like 265 or 275. https://vossenwheels.com/galleries/l...d-series-hf-2/
Then I look at other pics like these, and it clearly says 275/55/20 (Ridge Grapplers). I they are trying to sell the inventory wheels (ET20)

By the way, where did your purchase your Vossen's? how much did you pay for them?

Just ran the numbers through the link you suggested. Seems pretty damn close to existing wheels from what I can tell?

From what I can tell, a factory 8.5in wheel, with 30mm spacers as compared to a 9.5in wide wheel with an offset of +20 are very similar in terms of how much the outer face of the wheel pokes. So, the Vossen's would poke about 4mm more than the factory wheels with a 30mm spacer. And 4mm is not too significant. Though, we are talking about putting on a wider tire we as well, so you have to take that into account.
I have 275/55-20 XL (not LT) Baja Bosses on the way. From my research, XL versions tend to run a little smaller than the same size designated LT version. I am pretty confident it will work, but I guess we'll just have to wait and see. Worse case, I'll add the lift rods if there is any rubbing on the fender liner.
Also, my guess is the reason why Vossen stocks the 9.5 at et20 is because it has the deeper profile, which tends to be more popular. I think the 20x9 they also keep in stock, at et35 (but don't quote me) though that will have a flatter profile. I suspect for the 9.5 at et20 wheels, a person who isn't running supper aggressive A/T tires won't really have any problem at all. So, like Terra Grapplers or Cooper AT3's.
