In that picture picture it's on the jump-start ground post. Just unscrew the post and screw it back in with the metal collar on the wiring.
I since moved the ground to a ground point next to the power takeoff. You can see it in the pictures above where I redid the wiring and added a fuse. There are pre threaded ground points there. An M6 bolt of your choice will work. I used one from the underside I had left over following slider installation. Just shortened it a bit with my angle grinder.
Curious to know if the black bolts holding bracket to light have a paint on them or did they come that way? Looking to sleek up my ditch light bolts a bit. something I can brush on would be good.

I painted (brushed) them with semi-gloss black Rust-Oleum after installation, I did use all Stainless Steel anti-tamper hardware as well.
