Default Air compressor temperature

For those who've got more experience with landies and EAS, is 200F air compressor temperature normal?

  1. Is this the compressor for the air suspension (or the optional loadspace compressor)?
  2. How did you get this info (where did the screen shot come from)?
In an effort to offer some insight, rather than just more questions, I would not be surprised if this were the loadspace compressor after airing up. Those small compressors often have a short duty cycle and warm up quickly.

That pic looks like a phone screen, and some sort of app display. What app connects with the compressor? The Land Rover Remote app that I use regularly doesn’t have any options for data readout or connection to either the air suspension compressor or the onboard auxiliary compressor.

Check out this thread on the LR4:

https://www.landroverworld.org/threa...-normal.42049/

It says the overheat shutdown for the suspension compressor converted from celsius is between 240 and 280 degrees farenheit.

So, you should be ok.

Enjoy!
