my latest debacle…..

yep…..my kid fell asleep with her airpods in and one fell out and ofcourse fell
in one of the crevices around the backseat.

So i can “page” it and here the thing, but i think it’s under the floor around the seat/seatbelt housing…..

i took the styrofoam block off and had a good look around in there, but it’s 20 degrees in NY and it’s just gonna have to wait till summer…..

anybody ever take their back floor “up”???

Is your vehicle a 90 or 110? If you are familiar with PowerfulUK, and their videos, Simon had shown previously how he had dropped something, a phone I believe, into this void also. I have in my tool collection, a device called a flexible pick-up tool, sometimes labeled ‘GrabEasy’. It allows you to reach into crevices and ‘grab’ items using its little claw-like fingers. This might be what you need. Home Depot, Lowes or similar will have it.

 

Right with you...driving my daughter back to college after Thanksgiving. She was in the back studying for a nursing exam with a laptop and iPad. Somehow the Apple Pen rolled away and dropped under the seat. So on arrival, I pulled out the spare tire tools and styrofoam blocks and thankfully found it. It was dark and I needed a really bright LED flashlight to locate it among the wires.
