Thanks! Seems the same as every other vehicle I've done it to. Much appreciated.

1. Suck out the old fluid from the reservoir
2. Refill with new fluid
3. Fill the power bleeder with fluid and attach to the master cylinder
4. Pump up the power bleeder to about 15 psi and watch for leaks
5. Clean around the bleeder screw
6. Attach your catch bottle to the bleeder screw
According to the manual it is left rear, left front, right front, right rear in that order.
7. Open the bleeder screw about 1/4 turn and watch fluid drain. I let the most out of the left rear because it was the furthest.
8. Close the screw
9. Repeat 6-8 for each corner checking the fluid level in the master cylinder and pressure bleeder in between each. Pump back up to 15 psi after each corner.

I was super paranoid about running dry so I closed them several times and checked the pressure and fluid levels.
This is great. Ordering a power bleeder and brake fluid. It's the last of the 1 yr service items I need to do.

I've not used a power bleeder before but how bad could I screw it up.

Soon

The biggest thing is to make sure you don't run out of pressure or fluid. If you lose those you'll have to start over to get all of the air out. The power bleeder is easier than the pump method.

Brake fluid flush is 2 years/21k miles...just like the oil change . I did my oil at 10k/1 year and 18k/2 years. Did the brake fluid at the 2 year mark.

Someone said that was part of their 1 yr service. My dealer did not and I'm not sure it's needed yet. Definitely unsure on this.

I've been doing my oil at 5k because I'm paranoid. I'm at ~18 mos so I'll gather the stuff and do it at the next oil change. Order placed!

Good to know. I think that's where my confusion lay. My dealer was very keen to get me in for a 1 yr service. No brake job included I guess.
I'm knocking on for 18k miles and 1 year now so figure I'll do the brakes at 21k. Oil and filters was done at ~16k.

I'll need to bring it to dealer at some point anyway but I prefer to do this stuff myself. There is a recall item needed and the foreskin of the rear-door, *****-like latch has disappeared. I'd like it replaced.

Also, the bleeder screws are 11mm which some tool sets don't have a wrench for. 7/16" wrench works as well. Guess how I know that one.
