I paid 1 k under 82k msrp at 81k for an ordered 2020 delivery in 10/2020. P400 HSE fully loaded adventure pack. Land Rover Rancho mirage . If you live in California you can only buy in California. No out of state dealership is allowed to sell you a car. Any defender on a lot in California has an ADM. order one is cheapest or pay the piper.

Digging the Defender badge over the rear door. Brilliant reuse of the wheel cover version. Kind of like it.

I’m on my 3rd LR from Land Rover Portland and they’ve all been MSRP. The first was a show vehicle but I picked it up without mark up. The RRS and Defenders were both custom orders and MSRP. No haggle, just MSRP.

Their list of deposits to buy for the Defender is a mile long though. I'm still awaiting an allocation... submitted a deposit 2 months ago. They told me 6-9 months for delivery... I am beginning to think that's not true... and it will be much longer. They don't even reply to my emails inquiring for a simple update.

Hi,

I am not based in the US, but i just placed my order for a 110-P400, and the wait time over here is nearly 18 months. I have had to place a $12,500 deposit to secure allocation.

I am still to complete the final build spec, but will be at my local dealer this weekend to finish off all of the options I want to add.

Picked up mine right after Thanksgiving last year - ordered in April from Jake Kaplans in Rhode Island, no deposit required.

Paid MSRP as expected and there were no tricks or ADM. The fact that I got what I had paid for my Audi Q5 two years previously as trade-in value made up for the fact that there were no discounts

They even were able to beat my credit union for financing (0.89%). I worked with Glen Spardello through the process and would recommend him

I paid for my 90 Dynamic-SE optioned around $79K back in October of 2021, Land Rover Los Angeles, they started at $20K market adjustment and I talked them down to little more than $3K and they gave $3K of dealer accessories (I paid for the install). I drove it 5K miles and got it bought back out at about $87K this last week. Had a Cayenne Coupe E-Hybrid at DTLA Porsche I couldn't pass up w/ the government rebates (Fed + CA), and even with a $4K ADM it was a financial no-brainer so am hoping the cayenne coupe keeps up its value as I order a 110 Defender X (LOVED the 2 door, but really didn't fit any utility whatsoever which was a bit ridiculous).

How long is the order process in Los Angeles for most people? I'm basically trying to time my Cayenne Coupe sale.

I have a dealer in NJ doing no mark ups on Defender orders. Happy to make the connection.
