Can’t log in to my car

Today I got Incontrol connected. Not exactly sure what did it though. I read and re-read the manual regarding Incontrol activation and tried holding down the roadside assist button (left ceiling console button) for 10 seconds. It fast-flashed then slow-flashed yellow, but still couldn’t connect. So I then plugged in my phone with the USB cable, while the car was running, and was able to connect to the Incontrol app but the data was wrong. It said that telematics was asleep to save battery power. Drove home and turned off the car then restarted the phone app (“Remote” app) and it connected and shows correct data. Has been working fine since then. Maybe tomorrow it won’t but for now it’s up and running. Still, the Connectivity tab on the Pivi Pro shows a TMobile connection, which the tech told me was the backup connection (should be AT&T). Still waiting on LRA customer support to call back with what they’ve found from our discussion yesterday.

On 3.3, was working fine with my iPhone 13, CarPlay and a home router nearby. 2 days ago, I see a notification that I am not logged into my incontrol account on the car display. Everything seemed to be working fine however. I looked to log in and kept getting incorrect password. Reset my password through the phone incontrol app. Tried to log in on the car and it reported no wireless connection. I confirmed the connection and even shut off CarPlay to reduce confusion. Now the log in button on the profile is disabled and nothing I do enables it...but the car works fine and even the remote app starts the car, etc. Weird.
