I’m relatively new to my 2021 110 and wondered if there is a way to temporarily turn off all the beeping and warnings so I can go through a car wash without all the fussing going on?
My wife’s Volvo V60 has buttons on the dash to do just that when before you enter the wash.

Automatic car washes are so bad for your paint, but sometimes you'll find decent ones. There's an automatic car wash near me that is pretty good compared to most, and I go there a few times every winter to remove the salt & grime from under the vehicle. I haven't seen any really bad swirling, but I also have a ceramic coating that helps a bit.

But yes, when you go through, just press the X on the touchscreen when the sensors start beeping and the 360° camera pops up.

 

Thanks gentlemen. Yes I agree the car washes can be damaging with continued exposure. As the winter sets in, I will use one occasionally to remove all the gunk associated with the snow/salt. 🙁

 

There are some really good auto washes out there that are completely brushless. I would never go thru a car wash with brushes.

 

I have a good touchless car wash near me. it makes me nervous that the letters on the hood will peel off from the pressure. it does a decent job.
