Default Check Engine Oil Coolant Level

Hi all, I had my first service on MY23 Defender 110 at the dealership at approx 10k miles this past February and everything was fine. In mid-June I started getting "please check engine oil coolant level" messages and finally brought it to the dealership. The tech topped off the coolant and said it was at the minimum level, and said when the coolant is at the minimum level, the sensor gets finicky. I'm in LA, so he said that due to the recent heatwaves and using A/C more, could've dropped the coolant level. Told me not to worry as he didn't see any leaks or anything abnormal. Said to make an appointment if it happened again. My concern was if I just had a a fairly recent service, why would the coolant have dropped so much?

I started getting the messages again recently. Should there be any cause for concern? Anyone experience this?

They wouldnt have done anything at 10,000 miles with your coolant other than to observe the level. Your tech is right regarding the sensor at the low end of the range. Drive it, check fluids periodically and dont worry.
