cooling seats

My defender HSE shows heat and cooling for the seats. I press in the dial and can turn up the heat up to 3 levels.
Why can I not activate the cooling? Am I missing a setting?

Are you spinning the dial LEFT to activate the cooling?

Hi,

Not all HSE's had the cooling option for the seats. Do you still have your window sticker to confirm?

Otherwise, the advice above is how you activate it.
