Buy the OCTA with the 22" wheel optioned out then put the 20's on when you own the vehicle - otherwise the car is restricted to 115mph (KO3) or 99mph on the Duratracs. You only get the full 155mph on the 22's. So far I've only managed 120mph in mine and i'll probably never have the minerals to go 155mph but its nice to know its there in the event of a zombie apocalypse.

The factory spec 33" tire of 275/50-22 with a 5.4" sidewall isn't exactly "low profile". The Range Rover and Discovery from 25 yrs ago only had a 6.5" sidewall with the 16" wheel option and exactly the same 5.4" sidewall with the standard 255/55-18 wheel.

The 33" is far superior though in being considerably larger overall providing a lot more volume between the rim and ground due to it's 4" taller diameter, 13% larger circumference and 10% wider.

Adding some info for other people new to this in addition to all your notes in the thread:

While 33" is the factory standard diameter, whether in 22 or 20" format, a 34" fits right on no problem, basically a huge deal for using the OCTA off-pavement without the classic hassles of modifying the fenders, liners, body sheet metal just to for a 33" or even 32" on all the other previous generation land rovers. No silly "rods", just 34" tires and massive ground clearance by design.

Pretty much nothing underneath looks the same from my comparisons between the 110 and OCTA so that post above about "just using octa suspension parts" seems pretty unlikely, at least not a straight bolt-on deal.

I posted a thread about wishing they'd make a 130 SC V8 but with everything underneath from the octa build. It would price between an optioned V8 125k - 165k so around 145k but would be very unique as a 130 off-road spec touring edition. Captain 2nd row and buyer optioned 3rd row vs storage.
