Man these look sweet. I really hope that at some point you can get some of the aspects of that 6D suspension aftermarket like the support for 35s and the better articulation. Pretty sure ZERO Octas will see trails. Especially since everyone of them I see posted here have 22s on them. I wonder if they will ever do a 90 and find a way to support 18 inch rims.

 

They should add some red highlights and call it the Darth Maul Edition.

So it's a blacked out Octa basically? Lots of shiney glossy black on surfaces that will always get trail contact if you use it offroad. Scratch City!

 

Just needs a wrap. If you care about scratches on ANY color from the trail you should wrap it. At 160K you will be silly not to spend the 5K and get that done. Took mine in the day I took delivery.

 

They also announced a Range Rover Sport SV Black Edition, which is all blacked-out and has a 180 mph top speed. They also announced that the RRS SV is now a series production model and no longer limited, but the "regular" version only has a top speed of 165 mph. Which is meaningless unless you're German and drive on the Autobahn regularly.

 

When are the releasing a "Smell the glove" themed Octa I wonder?

 

Look, I get why they did that. Everybody and their mum does ‘builds’ to make defenders all blacked out. But I’m personally not a fan. Looking forward to seeing them in person though!
