Once again, love the setup and I can also confirm those Thule T-bolts are great. I mounted some traction boards to the roof with them at the base.
@hectorcamacho@me.com do you have any recommendations for a roof mounted gas can and bracket? It looks like yours are clean water jugs?

I roughly measured the height of the stacked boards to order the correct lengths, but there is some leeway by how much you screw them onto the bolts at either end. I drilled a hole through the dead middle of both boards to accommodate the round connector nut. You can see what I'm talking about through the stock photos of my boards on Amazon. The connector nut (and washers) screwed onto the T-bolt creates the base, and then I used the hand **** screws to secure from the top into the connector nut.
Its surprisingly very secure up there and has held up to lots of highway driving, high winds, etc. without needing re-tightened. those boards also sit just below the recessed edges of the roof rack at the "L" border, so I think the helps keep them in place too.
