if you are interested in a miltek system i have an extra system that need done. giving it away, just need to cover shipping.
your giving away entire exhaust system? I’ll defiantly take if so and pay for shipping.

I like the subtle rumble of the factory OEM exhaust. For those making mods, just make sure the mods will not void your OEM warranty especially the emissions related one.

Where could I find instructions or guidance to unplug the modulator?
I want to see how it sounds with the exhaust flaps open 100% of the time

Default Exhaust Button

[QUOTE=HeadNZ;882849]So I have just changed from an SVR to V8 Defender and I love it.

But I do have an exhaust question. Unlike the SVR there is no ‘loud exhaust button’. And having to go into the drive program to then select ‘Dynamic’ to get the burbly exhaust is a bit of a faff. Is there a fuse that controls the OEM exhaust valves, or another way of keeping them permanently open?

Thanks
Craig

You can add an active exhaust valve icon to your PIVI. I did and it allows me to open and closed the exhaust flaps just like the switch on my RR SVR. I also deleted the center resonator and replaced it with an X-Pipe. Huge difference in the exhaust sound with no drone! Caution, make sure you purchase a real X-Pipe.

Any question, please let me know. It you need photos of the active exhaust valve icon I my PIVI I will up load one.

That would be super useful to be able to add an exhaust valve button on the Pivi. Could you show the photos of how to activate the button? Much appreciated

Can you please let us know which parameters you used to obtain the icon in pivi?

I have a p400 with an aftermarket valves exhaust on the way. Curious if I can activate the button, if so I will dig into wiring diagrams to see if I can wire the valves in, that would be awesome.

I USED THE IID G4 GAP TOOL. I will upload photos and the exact values that need to be changed tomorrow. But it under the SV/SVR CCF settings.

In this photo the valves are opened and the stock exhaust with a resonator delete - X-Pipe replaced it snaps crackles and pops!!! No need for an aftermarket cat back system.

Oh so it’s part of dynamic, do you have to have it in dynamic drive mode to be able to control the valves?
Do you happen to recall the number or name of which CCF was added to obtain that icon?
I have dynamic mode enabled in mine, but would need to go in and find out if it’s available in my settings or not to even enable.
