I have dynamic mode enabled in mine, but would need to go in and find out if it’s available in my settings or not to even enable.
IID GAP TOOL G4:
MultiCAN-748 Active Exhaust Map - Installed
MultiCAN-688 ExhaustExhaus- Dual exhaust if you have a V8
MultiCAN-675 ActiveExhaustButton Type - Select Soft

Side note: I updated the Gap Tool G4 and my SV Dynamic-i screen / Active Exhaust Button changed form SV to the OCTA Diamond screen / Active Exhaust Button.

Honestly, I like the SV Dynamic-i screen better. Especially since my Defender is not a OCTA. I also find the SV Logo "Aesthetically Pleasing."

You can also just unplug the valves. I tried this, but there was more drone sub 2500 RPMs than I would've liked.

I did the same and then plug them back. Didn't like the drone.

I like the software option and will give this a try.

I would think that this would produce the same result – you’re just doing it via coding instead of manually

With software it is much easier to turn on and off

Can anyone confirm this question? I ended up installing an aftermarket module to control my flaps via the ESP button, but that button isn't always the most responsive (you have to toggle ESP on and off, and there's kind of a minimum dwell time before it toggles).

This is the Active Exhaust icon installed and functional. I used the IID Gap Tool G4. In this photo the valves are closed

In this photo the valves are opened and the stock exhaust with a resonator delete - X-Pipe replaced it snaps crackles and pops!!! No need for an aftermarket cat back system.

there’s two plugs for the actuators - one on each side of the muffler.
